I like WP over MT, but I still think s9y has its strengts over the those two but is just my opinion. WP didn't seemed to me to have such a cool plugin system, the coding was kinda messy as I recall, but I heard they wrote it from scratch so it might have improved. I am using the 1.5 beta, though, and it's very nice. I don't know what the dev team has in mind, but <a href="http://dougal.gunters.org/">Dougal Campbell</a> (a member of that team) lives about 15 minutes away from me, and I've yet to meet him. The internal API is a mess. That's why I want to move to s9y when I have sometime. I heard that in the newer versions of wordpress the dev team well enhance the API.
