		<description>I had the exact same issue and it&#039;ll boiled down to not paying attention. Difference being I couldn&#039;t start the httpd process in my case until I fixed it.</description>

		<description>Just for the record, that is mentioned in the INSTALL file that comes with PHP. If you recompile to add or remove modules you need a make clean.</description>
